Order a little over rather than a little under: a short load at the end of a pour costs far more in labour than the extra yard costs in concrete.

The earlier the better, especially for large continuous pours, colored concrete, pervious, or anything needing a pump. All orders are placed by phone. Small loads are available, and like every producer we apply a short-load charge below a full truck because the truck and driver cost the same either way. Ask dispatch for the current threshold and charge when you place the order so there are no surprises on the invoice.

On a front-discharge truck the chute is at the front, in the driver’s line of sight, so the driver places the concrete himself and can see exactly where it is going. It means faster, more accurate placement, less time spent repositioning, and one less person needed to guide the truck. Our fleet runs front-discharge mixers.

Call dispatch as early as you can. Weather cancellations and reschedules are routine in this business — the earlier we know, the easier it is to move your load to another day without it costing you. Do not wait until the trucks are loaded.

Yes. NYSDOT approved designs are batched at our plants for state and municipal work. Give dispatch the spec section your job is written to and the lab will confirm the design before delivery.

New commercial accounts start with a credit application. Complete it once and dispatch can schedule against terms rather than collecting on delivery. The application is on the contact page as a downloadable PDF.

Clear, firm access for a loaded mixer, someone on site to direct placement, forms and reinforcement inspected and signed off, and enough crew to take the concrete at the rate you told dispatch. Trucks are scheduled back to back — if the site is not ready, the whole day slides.
